What Xanth said makes sense.  We grow more spiritual in our physical life if we want to of course.  Martin forget about astral sex.  It is a distraction and you will be better off to do other things.  If you do manage to have astral sex and you get those feelings that it feels good, it will send you back into your body again. 
There are a few requirements to ap that you must do to make it work.  They are;
1.  You must believe you can ap even if you have been unsuccessful.  Tell yourself everyday you can ap.
2.  You must concentrate otherwise you can fall asleep.
3.  You must be patient
4.  Your mind has to be relaxed.  I listen to a CD on thunder, rain and wind.
If you can do all of the above, you will be well on the way.
