Sometimes. People claim to end up wearing and looking like all sorts of things when they project. Some say they wear the same clothes their body is wearing. Some say they wear white clothing or robes. Some people say they take animalistic shapes.

Also, people, when first projecting tend to get caught in that physical rut. Like me, I'm still used to gravity and not passing through things. I know I can do it, but I'm currently unable to do it (well, there's also the inability to project often enough).

If you purposely put on the ski mask to help you project, it worked, but you know the ski mask is there, helping you project, so perhaps your mind constructs a ski mask while you're out.

I need a signature that isn't stupid. :/

Thanks for the replies.  Yeah I used the ski mask (not cap) to cover my eyes, 'cause it was kinda bright in my room.  Also when I mention trying to take the ski mask off, I am referring to attempting to do it in the projection.

Anyhow, I was trying to project during the day since Robert mentions in his book how enjoyable an experience it can be.  I will have to try again without the ski mask.

Hey, I posted a while back about being a natural projector.  However, at that time I was not aware that I was one, but now I know.  After reading Astral Dynamics, I wasn't sure how to go about projecting since Robert's techniques seemed so different from what I was used to experiencing.  Natural projecting, is Projecting on easy mode.  Anyhow, I got a feel for what Robert was trying to convey in his book, and being as impatient as I am, tried to project with my rudimentary understanding of his NEW technique.  I simply felt the energy rise from my feet and my hands, and allowed it to fill my body.  And soon I found myself in my first self induced projection.  The experience over all was less jarring than my natural projections.

I also had a question referring to the projection.  What occured was in real life, I was wearing a ski cap over my eyes so as to allow me to project easier.  When the projection started, I could somewhat see parts of the room, but they were obstructed by the ski cap.  I know I was projecting, since from what I could see, the room was completely different (Instead of the smoke alarm above me, there was a vine-like potted plant hanging in its stead).  And I also was experiencing intense vibrations.  My question is, "Why was I still wearing my ski cap in the projection?".  When I went to go take it off, it took me out of the projection.  When you project, do you make a copy of clothing you are wearing?
