Has any one had this experience?

I was laying on my back trying to have an OBE when i just kept seeing green and then it turned into a green bat. It started flapping it's wings very slow at first and then it speeded up faster and started moving all around . It freaked me out so i opened my eyes as quickly as i could and got up. I think that i was about to have an OBE but i stopped it before i did. Has anyone else had this experience before? :wall:

Hypnotic State? People see images, and such things at a certain state or depth of trance. Do a search on it.

Nothing to be afraid of, just some harmless hallucination during the hypnagogic state. If you see more of them, just ignore them, as the worst thing they can do is turn your attention away from meditation.
