Hi,

I've been using a CD for Astral projection and it has been helping me to relax but that's about it, just relaxing, I did feel like I was spinning around once which felt nice but then I lost it and this has happened a couple of times. I have some questions:

1.) My eyes seem to twitch and try to open which is annoying and is a distraction, what is this and how do I stop it?

2.) Sometimes when I'm relaxing I realize some of my leg muscles are actually tensed a tiny bit so I have to release it, this happens quite often. Again what is this and How do I stop it?

3.) What is the spinning sensation I'm feeling and how do I maintain it if its a good thing?

4.) Because of the eye twitching and leg muscle tension it reminds me of my physical body, is that a problem?

5.) How long roughly for an experienced Astral projector does it usually take to project? Starting with relaxing and so on....

6.) When is the best time to attempt Astral projection?

7.) Does Hemi sync, binaural beats, or Brainwave technology help to achieve Astral projection?

Well that's them, I would really appreciate it if you would answer these questions for me, these are the problems I've been having so far.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your time,
Stevj016.

P.S. Sorry if its a lot of questions.

Probably because the CD is bringing you to close to REM, and the eyes haven't got the memo that you are awake.  When I had a problem with this (and this only happened at first, it stopped after a while) I stopped it by using the BWGen with the lights out and my eyes open.  This gave me greater control.  When I advanced with the CD, it stopped happening.

Quote2.) Sometimes when I'm relaxing I realize some of my leg muscles are actually tensed a tiny bit so I have to release it, this happens quite often. Again what is this and How do I stop it?
Take control of it by tensing them on purpose and then relaxing them on purpose.

Quote3.) What is the spinning sensation I'm feeling and how do I maintain it if its a good thing?
It is probably either your energy body loosening, or some sort of middle-ear-balance thing that happens when you get 'disconnected' from your other balancing features, like eyesight.  It's neither good nor bad (unless it's a sign of a middle ear problem) and some people use it to exit.  Never worked for me, though.

Quote4.) Because of the eye twitching and leg muscle tension it reminds me of my physical body, is that a problem?
Depends on the type of projection you plan to practice- if you plan to do an old-fashioned OBE to the RTZ, then you don't have to lose body awareness, because it's part of cultivating your energy body, and it helps with contolling a separation and maneuvering in the RTZ.  But if you plan to do some phasing, then physical body awareness is a problem at first, because part of the 'protocol' is to disengage focus from the physical body.  So, it depends.

Quote5.) How long roughly for an experienced Astral projector does it usually take to project? Starting with relaxing and so on....
For me it's about 1 to 2 hours- but I've been known to trance in 20 minutes.  So it depends on how sleepy and how aware and how at-peace and centered you are.  A lot of time is spent in relaxing and 'letting go'.

Quote6.) When is the best time to attempt Astral projection?
This is subjective.  I project more in the early morning, about 2 hours before normal wakeup time.  But I know projectors that go out at night more than any other time.  So once again, it depends.
Quote7.) Does Hemi sync, binaural beats, or Brainwave technology help to achieve Astral projection?
It does for some.  It does for me, but not at the time I listen to them.  I usually project hours later, or days later (in a two day period at the most) from listening to binaural beats. (Hemi-Sync and BWGen are binaural beats, btw)
QuoteWell that's them, I would really appreciate it if you would answer these questions for me, these are the problems I've been having so far.
I didn't get what the problems were, other than the relaxation problems.
Something to add, is that muscle twitching happens naturally as you are falling asleep and dreaming-(just look at someone sleeping- they twitch) so when you listen to binaural beats they make your brain tune in to frequencies that you would normally be in while asleep- so now you're experiencing those annoying twitches you miss nightly- because you're normally asleep when they happen.  So you see, those are not signs of anything wrong with you- it just means that you get to experience them while awake.  So if you can train yourself to ignore them, it'll be easier, because it'll help with relaxation.

I hope this helped.
