Hello

I am newbie to AP,thus I don't know much  of this stuff, but I know that you MUST stay calm at all times no matter what happens, hope that helps..

Good day

Kazbadan

Hi! I am not new here but somehow i am new to the world of AP (astral projection). I said somehow new because i know the concept pf AP at some years but only recently i started to try AP.

You are welcome to this forum. It is very nice and you will find nice people (i am talking about me of course [:D]....just kiding).

I have the same problem as you. By 2 or 3 times i tried to project while having sleep paralysis ( i have that problem sice 15 years, occuring only sometimes). But when i get to have the buzzing in my brain and the vibrations (first i have the vibs) i get scared and try to stop with the sleep paralysis, althought the vib sensation it is very warm and "sweet", peaceful.

About sleep paralysis, when i want to end it i try to move my fingers and then focus my attention on breathing. After a while i will have movements again. Doctors say that every people have sleep paralysis but only some few are aware of that. It is normal, so dont be worried.

Enjoy the forum! Bye![;)]
I love you!

Welcome Hiprider, you've arrived at a great place.  Sleep paralysis, I think, is when your mind wakes up, but the body is still very asleep. Try to stay calm and not get all claustrophobic and panicky, then you'll be able to non-violently wake yourself up without scaring yourself in the process[:)]

Welcome to the site...

I am also new but not new at AP's/OBE's.

There's a weatlh of information in these forums that I am sure can assist you with most of your questions.

Hiprider, I still experience Paralysis On and off; And when I it happens I use it as a tool to go deeper into relaxation until I reach a point that I can project. I believe It is simply the initial stages of Total Relaxation. Well It works for me.

Good luck.

As long as you dont try to move, then you wont really get all 'AHHH!'.

Hiprider

Hello everyone,

I just happened to stumble on this site, and I'm quite taken aback by all the info' and people here! I've had 'vibrations' for years now, as long as I can remember, but I get to scared when the tearing noises arrive (or rushing?). It's at the point of paralysis where you can't speak/scream, that I have to physically shake myself awake!
Hopefully I will answers and help here, what a relief!

Speak to some of you soon for help,

Kind Regards to all....[;)]
