How defenceless is the body?

So I wanted to ask a question after encounter with a wasp today...

How sensitive is the body when people are experiencing obe?

Like say like if a wasp stung someone and they had a allergic reaction of the body was like harmed, moved or disturb, would the spirit/consciousness or the astral body of the person who is out of body immediate return, feel something is wrong or be completely unaware?

I know some people have been quite dive quite deeply into leaving their bodies behind for a deeper experience and others not protecting their bodies as they do their practices so I'm just curious... What happens to the body?

Many people have the wrong perception that while you AP, you leave the body like an empty shell. This is not true. You simply refocus a part of your awareness to a non-physical environment while most of your physical senses are surprise to s certain point. While you are physically alive, your spirit energy is always connected no matter in what state you are (dream, AP, trans, meditation, etc). A part of you brain in fact never ever goes to sleep. You are still breathing and your senses are still active to a certain point. Take dreams for example. They do take place in the non-physical, whether within your subconscious environment or other areas. Do you worry if your body will be ok when you fall asleep? Same goes for AP. Many times I snap back from APs in the morning when it's my regular wake up time. That means my body is still working properly and when my senses wake up, that ends my APs.

I'll add one more thing. Your spirit is already in many non-physical levels at all time. It is the physical senses that keep you blinded to see where you actually are, and when they shut down(naturally during sleep), you find yourself there (perceived as dreams). If you manage to gain awareness though through techniques that we teach here, then you take yourself out of your subconscious environment and explore the non-physical however you want.

What kind of danger do you think you're in exactly?

Most of my senses resonate in my astral realm when I project. Like a gong that would just alert me that something is going on in the physical.
And the resonance kinda tell me exactly what it's about so I can immediately choose to snap back to my body or ignore it and continue the projection.
The astral realm communication is very fast and clear. Color shifts/ambient colors also communicate everything happening very fast whether Astral or Physical.

At least that always worked for me.
The partial becomes complete; the crooked, straight; the empty,
full; the worn out, new. He whose (desires) are few gets them; he
whose (desires) are many goes astray.

It was out of curiosity since I was told that besides the body there is the soul and the spirit. The spirit being the consciousness of oneself and the soul being the spiritual body and life force of the body and ones mortal self.

On a more malicious or deeper level someone could take over another persons vessel which is what stuff like throng jug is apparently.

Although it seems compatibility and how spiritually defensive someone is could have an impact or so I'm told which made me wonder just how defenceless are people to forces with the intention of hijacking a new body.

I agree 100% with Xanth here!

If and when you finally have your first totally "conscious" experience, you are going to not like what you see. Your fear will instantly turn to reality with a simple thought .

You need to stop focusing on the negative aspects of this. Change your mindset, you WILL change your reality!

If you are worried about being possessed , stay awake ,never sleep  Have a cross and holy water in one hand , a ar-15/ak47 in the other .  Just being funny .

I'm not really worried cause I don't really practice it... but funny enough I like to learn about it.

My little sister was the more keen practitioner and would willingly try it out even knowing it won't work or it likely wouldn't.

We spoke to someone who claimed to be a adept spiritual person, I personally found his teachings a bit suspicious and somewhat dangerous sounding like the idea of relaxing and surrendering one's own body and spiritual body (soul) and allowing the spirit (consciousness) to be set free to enjoy a deeper dive just seems kinda dark...

I advised my sister against practising it, but she still carried on and even messaged and talk this person a lot when she was 14 and within 6 to 12 months of guidance and practice she claimed she had one of the best OBE experiences ever and that they were practising a technique called Trong Jug.

Then one day when she was practising she seem to enter a rather deep and unresponsive state after making some struggling gasping noises... I just originally thought she was sleeping and had some sort of nightmare then 4~5 hours later her body began to jolt about for 5 minutes then it settle down and she woke up. But strange thing was she seemed rather out of character, like she was uncomfortable being inside that body and since then she never practised anything occult.

To this day i'm still wonder if that person inside my sister 19 year old body is actually her or someone else...
