For those who have expert OBE, how many of you write a dream journal?

because many source said that writing a dream journal will help lucid dream and OBE.

Yes, without a doubt, you have to begin recording your experiences. Years later, I have discovered both patterns and details I otherwise would have lost completely. Plus, it helps develop the communication channel to your inner/higher self.

Good on many levels.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

I don't have a dream journal. I don't have a lucid dream journal. I don't have an OBE journal.

I just have a journal.

Hence, my advice would be to record all your adventures in NPR / the Astral. Do not try to categorise them too much and exlude some valuabe adventures just because you experienced them "only" in dream states.

I would use an electronic journal for better search-ability. I'm using excel for this. You can mark your "lucid adventures" with tags then, use different tags for differnt things in a specific field and you will then make it searchable.

E.g. (it's just an example, I do it similar to this but not exactly):

LUC - for a lucid adventure, CLV / PCG - clairvoyant or precognitive (visionary, prophetic) dream when noted in the aftermath (yes, you can and should do some follow-ups, too, and really "work with" your diary), GUI - a dream with guides appearing, HS - you met your Higher Self, HI / LO - for a higher plane or lower plane experience respectively, SYM - for an important dream symbol given etc.

I always have had a lot of separate journals. Certain ones set out for travels, categorized by themes, characters and/or worlds and realities. And of course, I had just as many for "regular dreams", but just categorized by that years worth of dream. In one year, I could end up having five or 6 composition books filled with dreams.

Of course, now that I learned that dreams are also projections, I will probably just start putting them all down in OBE journals and do away with my previous system of logging.
