Hello, anyway I was drawn to this site looking for answers and I have found them. I have some questions about OBE's:

1): This morning when I tried my very first OBE (around 15 minutes ago),my body started to shale subconsciously by itself and I felt twitches around my legs but I felt vibrations around my upper body area. I felt a massive pain in my head after a while but this was about after a minute or two of the twitching. I felt a great sense of relief sometimes during that experience and it sure felt good though I didn't "open my eyes" to see what was happening. Anyway all my life I could generate these vibrations around my neck and up and down my spine at will and it wasn't my muscles! but sometimes they would not be there. Anyway does you think that is the energy of Chakra? As I only feel it around my upper body area (I have a big torso BTW) and I can generate them at pure will. Just a second there I felt a fierce heaviness in my upper body.

So what do you think?
