Hypnogogic noise

So the other night I had been out and up late. I went to bed around 2, I had been smoking previously; I was in an altered state of consciousness before sleeping. These factors were favorable for me to attempt something. Initial sensations were: heavier breathing/cosmic winds, free flowing mind, deep relaxation, little discomfort. I then began to trail off on multiple trains of thought. I did remember what I was thinking before I engaged a silence within. This engagement was particularly new; I felt in a state of Om, i felt it vibrate steadily, slowly expanding and pushing other thoughts away. I knew I wanted to achieve this and was reluctant to have done it so easily. I then remember hearing some little voice yelling out "Help". It sounded like Navi off of Zelda. It made me think of a crystal(idk why), and it was very unique. I then started thinking,"Where are you?" Then the voice started repeating something I couldn't quite hear, but was consistent.

So that was it for my experience. I knew I was gaining major ground on something that will play in later to myself. I also want to note, before I even entered my house, I was a little paranoid, so I thought I saw a pale girls face gasping from inside my car. I also swore I heard this demon w/ red eyes. Now I wasn't directly looking at these, I saw them from my peripheral. And this demon was one I remember experiencing in a dream once that was tormenting my house at night, very quick and forceful movements, all of which were intimidating. I wasn't that scared by it all though, thought it was feeding off my paranoia, so I calmed myself and ignored it. It had completely subsided once I entered my house.

You're giving that life just by believing it.
Why would you initially think, "Oh, it must be a demon"?
...demons do not exist.

Demons do exist but not in the way you think.

deamons are the kings of heaven with large fractured halos
if deamons were the bad guys why would you need devils.

angels and deamons are the left and right hand of god the male and the female
if you want to be king say deamons are bad and then suddenly your the only one who wants the job

Yes, Noy... you're 100% correct.  Demons *DO* actually exist... but not objectively.
They exist within the minds of those that believe in them, and those who accept them.
They're given power to harm only those people above.

I've never seen a demon... ever...
And to be honest, I've never seen anything negative.

Is that because they don't bother me?  Well, what exactly would make me so special as to not welcome their 'special' attention?
The only difference is that I do not believe in them, so I don't give them power to even exist.

That's the only conclusion that I can draw from my experiences.

Well when I was young it was easy to believe in it. I had a nightmare with a demon who flew around my house like it was targeting us. It never really did anything. I remember he reoccurred in a second dream, where I was near this like church building, and this time i was flying around as well. Then the other night it 'seemed' like two red eyes were staring at me off to the side of me, and that demon is what came to me.

I was reluctant to ease it's presence by calming my mind and down playing it.

Any other comments about my experience. I believe the most bizarre thing was hearing the person yelling help. Anyone else experienced something like that?
