I cant astral travel anymore. need help?

Hi I haven't been able to travel for about 18 months now. I first succeeded about 4 years ago and have had obe's around half a dozen times. The closest I've been lately is hearing a loud bang and a bit of fuzz going into the vibrational stage and it only happens for a split-second  it stops as quickly as it starts. Any ideas to keep the vibrational state going long enough to exit? This brief vibe happens multiple times in one sitting but just cant keep it going long enough. In the past when I've reached the vibrational stage I've just willed myself to exit which usually feels like I'm just sliding out to the end of my bed its always worked.

Try and let it happen by itself and you will likely ap.   You must keep your mind relaxed and ignore the sensations.   That could be the reason why the sensation ends quickly.
