I'm new here--Introduction

Hello, I'm Panther.
I just joined this forum because a friend of mine suggested the Astral Pulse list as a great place to share information about experiences related to OBE's, Lucid Dreaming, Phasing and some of the exercises with  TMI Gateway programs and hemi-sync CD's.

I've started using the Focus 10, 11, 12 hemi-cyn CD's. I want to learn more about phasing and also how to download or get the TMI Phasing Manual.

I'm a lucid dreamer and would like to OBE in real time. Oftentimes when I go into a lucid dream, it starts with an OBE like sensation, but I know its not because I'm in an old place instead of my actual physical location. Instead what I'm projecting into the dream are memories/imprints of former residences. Can anyone suggest any methods to get back into the realtime physical location as opposed to another realm or projected dreamscapes?

Think of the body, go back and start over again. This may seem tricky but it isn't, and even the most deceitful altered reality can't defy this tactic. For more tips on this, visit spiritvoyager.com and click on "The Program" link. There you will see a little booklet cover. Click on it and in the Table of Content look for the topic dealing with the V.S.R. Technique. If you can follow it, and you seem experienced enough to, it may help even though it is dealing with a more advanced method of projection.

Nice tips there, Spiritvoyager. But I have to tell you. Your page is very difficult to navigate !!! Why don't you remove that old style frameset and let the users see and scroll the full page ?
