Been doing a little more reading than usual on the subject of astral and managed to have two wonderful experiences in a week. I have read about the "melting hands" and wondered if anyone else here has looked into an "astral mirror" at their own face. Hmmm, now this gets interesting doesn't it?
First experience, in the mirror, my face begins to warp. Did it again in my second experience. One of my eyes looked like the eye on the dude that played in the movie "The Fly"; after he became a full-fledged cross between fly and human. Remember the large, lazy looking, drooping eye? LOL I also recall looking at my arms and hands. They were normal at first, but then my fingers began to shrink up.
Upon full waking I was humored by the latter experience, and it provoked much laughter. Of course, my co-workers thought my cackling that day was a bit nuts.
Anyway, just curious.
Believing is seeing.

Hello Eternity1

Astral mirrors – ha ha!  I had a lot of fun playing with mirrors at one time.  I was determined to go through one, to see what would happen.  I did succeed, however, it took me many attempts, and the very fact that I'd succeeded made me so excited that I blew it – I never did get to find out what the mirrored world was like!!

The first time I looked at my face in an astral mirror, I looked perfectly normal, and then suddenly my reflected eyes began moving together and slightly upwards.  They merged into one eye on my forehead, slightly bigger than a real eye.  Probably representative of the third eye.

The second time, I still looked like me, but I had short hair and was wearing one of those bright yellow sailing jackets.  And I looked in two separate mirrors, just to be sure, and the image was the same in both.

I've never experienced the melting hands thing – and I do look at them quite a lot.

My co-workers already know I'm nuts – I talk to myself at work!!

Sounds like you're having fun – long may it continue!  :D

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

Yeah almost that exact same thing has happened to me.  My face was all disfigured and my eyes were closed.  I wonder why it does that?

I "melted" in waking reality once. It was more of a shrinking and a disappearing.Angels took me.

Looking in a mirror the other day in a dream, I had an extra pair of arms and hands. Scared me awake!  :)
