Has any one any experience with the frequency patterns offered by these folks?:  http://www.astral-projection.org.uk/

There are three I am interested in trying.  The two astral projection segments and the OOBE segment.  I'm wondering if the 19.95 segments for the astral and OOBE are the same.  Who knows.

If nobody has, then I guess I'll give a go and see what happens.  Thanks much

Never had much success with sounds producing the trance/oobe state. Although, been able to project with headphones on while watching tv and drifting to sleep.. I guess that counts for something..:)

Anyways, everyone is different with the way they project. Some are good at resting in a chair, or standing on their hand which produces the oobe state. Its all variable and tapping into the right method that works for you. But be aware that even finding that specific technique takes work beyound belief.

If I were you go with gomad first - its well organized and the same as the site you mentioned earlier w/o the fee. There are still great sites out there that offer free material w/o being on the bandwagon to cash.

I appreciate the info. on this - might just look into it. Since your a hypnotist I will fire a question out to you.

I. Can you not program someone's consciousness to project/leave their body during the trance. Ex: I 'm hypnotized and want you to program my sub-consciousness to leave in the trance state w/o my mind falling asleep when I desire to access this state.

Please advise.
