My first projection! Or not?

Yeah. I'm a hypnosis aficionado/amateur scriptwriter, I find all kinds of free hypnosis stuff on the web and test it on myself(with the precaution of using my own "rejection of implied changes" script. I was listening to a mp3 titled "carefree" by some guy named followythewatch55, he uses biaurals in ALL his scripts(sometimes 6Hz sometimes 8Hz), nearing the middle of the script I tried to get up due to the fact my alarm was going of. As I came out of the trance-state I was thinking great --* 8 minutes wasted. Just. Freaking. Wonderful. It was then that I realized I could not move a muscle. When I was fully out of the trance, I realized that this may be an OOBE very slowly, I turned my head right, then in an instant i was looking forward again and could move. Was this an astral projection?

Tuper, to me it seems more like a sleep paralysis. The strange thing is when you say: "...I turned my head right, then in an instant i was looking forward again..."
What do you mean with "in an instant" ? Did u do that move or it was like "automatic" ?

Totally automatic I was looking right and in a billionth of a second I was facing forward again... anyway, this thread is highly irrelevant now seeing as with the help of some biaural Mp3s I can project much more easily, now all I have to do is learn to do it without the biaurals...
