Congratulations!  I have noticed on many occassions that the astral appendages (arms, legs) feel numb.  Almost like when you try walking when your foot is asleep.

Like all experiences, make sure you write them down in a journal, so you can look back and see how far you've come from the first projection.

My first OBE, I wasn't even able to separate from my physical shell, and I had no astral vision.  Now, I'm flying all over the place and eating astral wall plaster.  Hehe.
Keep smiling,

When I Lucid Dream it doesn't occur to me to try and Project. Anything I wish to do in reality is completely forgotten in a Lucid Dream [:(]

Congrats users_net. good feeling aint it :D.
I often try to achieve OBE in lucid dreams but so far ive never succeeded. It always just changes the dreamscape to my bedroom as if ive projected but im still in a lucid dream.

dkj400 have you ever just stopped while lucid and thought about the situation and what you want to achieve during it?. I normally come up with tasks to do during my next lucid dream and then carry them out when i have it.

i was in the middle of a dream.  realised i am dreaming and imeadiatley started trying to oobe.  at first i started to wake up.  as i usually do when i try to oobe.  but i started to come out of my body and stand up.  when my feet tuched the floor it felt like they were tingley or numb.  not uncomftrouble thow.  thats it... then i drifted back into a dream......[:D]
