Need help

Hi everybody.

I'm quite new in OBE and AP.

2 years ago I've reached to experience OBE's about 3 times and even don't remember how I've done that.
I just know it was after reading "Astral dynamics" and "Mastering Astral projection" so my mind was fresh with this subject but now I'm getting problems again with OBE. I restarted practicing the trance state and even restarted reading the two books but it can't be helped and I can't even enter a normal trance-state.
Does anybody have some good tips?
