OBE Experience - Need Some Input

I can't remember if it was Sunday or Monday, but luckily I can recall all my dreams naturally and OBEs. I found my self outside the hall way staring at a girl at the end of the hall. I noticed that she was in all black and she was asian. For some reason she was sitting down in a desk, which shouldn't have been in my house. I just waved to her, because I don't want anyone stalking me in the Astral. Then I found my self in the bathroom and looking at my self in the mirror. Then I said, OMG an OBE! I didn't realize it at first when I seen the entity. It could have been a dream character though. It was all really vivid and in real time. I then thought about the entity in my hall and what I could do to get rid of it. So I said, Kamehameha X3 and blew up the entire bathroom. Then I said back in body and woke up. When I woke up I was paralyzed for second, I was shaking and sweaty. This happens to me almost every time I have an OBE.

Symptoms: When I feel asleep I got the feeling of falling off my bed. My bed would become wavy. I also had a really strong vibration @ 4:00 in the morning. I heard a buzzing noise and started to panic, then I just feel asleep and had an OBE.

Side note: A while ago during meditation I did an exercise that involved imagining my bathroom in great detail. This is probably why I projected there. This would be my 14th experience.

I don't know about the entity i seen. It was weird when I seen her I sensed sadness. I smiled and waved. I thought it was my friend Lani, her Grand mother resently died. She was in all black in the Astral but, she was wearing white in real life cause she lives in china. I think this part seems like a Lucid Dream to me.

 If you see her again, talk to her. Ask her questions, who she is, why she is there, etc. This is one thing that only you can find the answers to.

The question about astral people being objective beings Or just mental creations (like dream characters) has come up before in many other threads. I really think that the only way to know for sure is to ask that astral person outright.
Personally I would want to know if an astral being Was a real threat Before committing a violent act. Acting rashly and violently can have a way of boomeranging back if you're not careful.

Wow, Lionheart, You and I posted almost the exact same message -- about asking the astral girl questions  -- almost at the exact same time. I'm sure that its probably only a coincidence though this has never happened to me before!!

If you see her again, talk to her. Ask her questions, who she is, why she is there, etc. This is one thing that only you can find the answers to.

Will do. You know it's not so bad anymore seeing entities. I remember seeing my first. It was my first OBE ever was so real I couldn't tell the difference. I was turning on lights without even noticing what was going on. Knocking on my parents doors trying to wake them up but they wouldn't answer. Then I went an laid down, feel asleep instantly.

Yes, but at that time I was not sure. I never seen a desk in my house before. I have also seen a calculator that shouldn't have been there in one my previous OBEs.

That sort of things happens quite a lot. Seeing minor changes and incongruities in a familiar place can  cause some doubt and confusion and is something that most astral travelers (including me) have experienced at one time or another. Robert Bruce labelled those anomalies "Reality Fluctuations". These differences between nonphysical and physical space can actually be used a clues to awaken a person into an OBE or a lucid dream.
