Step 2) Learn to how to use the Internet. Everything that could tell you how to prepare to have an out of body experience is on the Internet. You don't need a trainer.

Read Robert Bruce's book and Robert Monroes books. Meditate and try some of the music? stuff-hemi-synch, holo synch, shamanic drumming, whatever you can get your hands on.
