You see a problem I have is often when I am in the right mindstate I will disrupt that peace by thinking
"should I project now?" is it time?" I almost feel I have to ask myself these things mid-progress otherwise
I may miss the opportunity. Ideally of course you are supposed to simply let yourself project and
not really hinder your progress by your mind asking yourself what to do next but the thought still is there and interfears.
So with this in mind is there a good way to "pre-program" your mind beforehand so you do not disrupt your peace and
progress with the chatter in your head asking if you should be there yet or what to do now. Do you guys find you only project if
you just let go and never even think about trying to project? it seems this is the way it has to be done. What happens do you
just end up projecting automatically?

Is hypnosis in anyway a good way of re-enforcing your intentions to project before attempting to? I ask this
Q because its a genuine problem for me and feel if I can drum it in my head strong enough beforehand I don't
mess it up and hopefully be able to project. Hypnosis could help drum it in further to project that night before sleep.

Your thoughts please.

When I wake up with vibrations and "wind" sounds in my ears, I always ask myself do I let it happen or not? Me asking myself these questions have never interrupted it or made it stop. Even sometimes I've decided I don't want to and it still happens. I don't know why these thoughts would be interrupting you. Now that you know you can have thoughts and still project, maybe it will help you to be able to let it happen next time.
If you see someone in the astral riding around in a red bumper car, it's probably me.

You will find that "daily affirmations" help you entrain you consciousnesss to whatever you wish.

People usually know when it's time to RELEASE.

The mental chatter does not bother me. To tell you the truth, sometimes I find it comforting.

Meditating without the intent to project is a great way to get past your thoughts interrupting the times that you do want to project. But when your first learning, it's important to purposely question if it's time or else you risk falling asleep. This is why some people use an anchor to pull them back out of their mini-dreams or snippets. Getting the timing right takes...are you ready for this, time. :-D

Eventually, you might just notice that when you ask yourself "is it time to project", the answer will come in the form of a realization. You're already "there".

Or you may get an actual reply like "Project where?" from another traveler.
