Problems when projected

It can happen during your first projections. I had the same problem at the beginning but after a couple of projections I could see okay.

It is a good idea to ask for clarity, it usually helps. Just go and say "Clarity Now!"

I can't even count how many experiences I've had where I've had blurry and/or no vision while projecting.  What I usually do in this instance is:

1) Make sure I am calm, take a few astral breaths, and imagine my vision getting clearer with each inhale.  Almost as if drawing energy up through yourself to your vision.

2) Requesting "Clarity now" while out.  

I usually do both of these at the same time, and my vision fades in without anymore problems.

Hello,

I'm new to the astral plane myself. I had one of those blurry-type projections a few weeks ago. I find that the more energy I have, and the more calm I am, the better results I have. Have you tried the NEW system yet? It will significantly inprove your results.

I'm having some problems with projection. I can make a successful exit but somehow my visions are blurred. I concentrated and will myself to have full awareness...no success... so right now all I do is just scrying the astral plane... which doesn't make it fun at all...
Can anyone give me some advice with what's wrong ?
