Dear Spastral,

I had to laugh (a nice laugh) when I heard you had a song stuck in your head.  This happens to me a lot.  Sometimes it is just a song stuck in my head but some times it is a part of a leric in the song that is going over and over in my head and the leric sometimes gives me a little hint about something.  I also project through my brow chakra.  Sounds like you did really well.  The more use to it you get the easier it is.

Quite a go! Congradulations!

All the Best,
Violet

SPASTRAL

I have just roused myself from my closest encounter with the astral yet.  I have started reading RB's Treatise on AP and have been out and bought myself a nice comfortable chair.  I relaxed and used the mental hands technique, then, I felt overwhelmed to push my focus onto my Brow Chakra.

The build up of the Vibration state was overwhelming. Then I heard a deep breathing sound in my room, as if someone(or something) was watching me, but I felt no fear at all.  In fact, I was as carefree as could be. The breathing sound left the room and "I" was aware of "Me" sitting behind myself in my comfy new chair. I had no visual perception, but I didn't quite feel like I had left (see the doubt creeping in!!) just then I was slammed back into myself
(similar to when one is dropping off to sleep and you get a sudden jolt reflex and awaken suddenly) and my conscious awareness shifted back into my physical body.  I felt so elated that I tried to bring the vibration state back; It came again, but weaker. My brow chakra was still very much active, but I now had a song in my head and it wouldn't leave!

I now feel wide awake - I think it must be adrenaline because I feel 150% alert and like I could fly.

I don't know what stopped me from projecting, but this was very encouraging and I look forward to trying again in he morning.  Does anyone else reading this find they get to this level?

Finally, my thanks to Frank, the email you sent me did help to put things a little more in perspective.  I have taken what you said onboard and will endeavour to enjoy my experiences.  Feedback is important to me and it is nice to know that people are willing to share knowledge and experience.

Success will come, for the first time I really believe it.

Regards,
Spencer
