Hi all!
I was reading Frank's theories on phasing and I really got interested in the topic. I understand that Frank took Robert's work as a base and built up on that. In that case, can anyone mention specific works of Robert that deal mainly with phasing? Any other resources related to phasing would also be appreciated.

Also, if you have some personal experience with phasing, do share them here so that all of us can learn and grow.

Cheers

Robert Monroe's books can't be considered a "how to" books of any kind. They're more like a documentation of his own experiences. You might have already noticed that he rarely spoke about how to achieve the "phasing" or what are the necessary steps needed to achieve an OBE. I experience the "phasing" when I try to have a lucid dream or an OBE. I know I am now phased even if I am still in my physical body, lying on bed. Then I either roll to my side or just use my arms to lean over the bed's edge and then put my legs down and finally stand up, exactly like I do in the real world (feeling will seem INCREDIBLY physical, so keep calm, you're not awake, you're in the phase now!). If this's your first time and you tried to jump up, you'll more likely to fall down hitting the ground hard! yeah, you won't fly or float. Now, get up. This time try to focus on floating. Jump again. This time you should more likely feel as if you have much less weight and you might hit the floor gently. Keep trying and experimenting each time you enter the phase tell you master flying and floating on demand. Next, try to master passing through solid objects, creating objects and characters just by thought and interacting with them. This was exactly how it worked for me (my very personal experience and progress). Hope this helps.
