Women's voice?

Hi,

I attempted to consciously project this morning but didn't quite make it, (again ) however I did make some interesting progress. I experimented with the phasing process and definitely found the 3D blackness, although very briefly as I fell asleep!
However, I soon came to in full SP with vibrations but I could not separate. I saw a figure standing in the room next to me and I must admit I was a little anxious, so maybe that explains why I couldn't separate? I closed my eyes and start to hear a woman's voice. It was very strange because this is the second time I have heard the same voice when in this state and it was extraordinarily clear, although I have no idea what she was saying now.
Was the voice a hallucination or could have somebody been there?

It's known as a hypnogogic halucination. I often hear voices when in a state of sleep paralysis, and it's usually a women's voice. Could it be a spirit in the same room? Perhaps. I don't pay attention to it anymore except maybe to amuse myself.

In the future, if you reach a state of SP, try to roll off the bed or stand up. You might even experience the sensation of being awake, get up and walk around, only to find out later that you're OOB. It's a weird and sometimes spooky experience but it is an OOB nontheless.

Yeah i always hear voices clearly when im about to leave body. But i know for a fact one of them was my spirit guide/companion.

Could be a guide...Could be a visitor...Do you "Feel" anything from this voice? Feelings of warmth, cold...etc?

No not really, it was quite brief because I woke up. I shall listen out for it in future though.

yea i hear voices a lot right before projecting too. I usually just attribute them to the astral noises, because i've never actually seen them when i got out. They're usually not making much sense either.
