Converting an AP to an OOBE

I have alot of lucid dreams and I've never been able to convert them into an OOBE. I've read a few suggestions on how to do this in the past but none have worked for me... ([]And no I don't remember where I read about how to do so, sorry []

As far as from the waking state, yes that is where I have the most OOBE's. Basically I don't really have to do much of anything. The vibrations just come after I lay still with no verbal type thoughts in my head.

I am not aware of this being done before. Theoretically you would need to lower your vibrations to those of the etheric plane.

It must be possible, Spirits in the Astral, deceased humans do this all the time, visiting relatives and so on.
