markings carved on my right arm...

i got out of my body briefley twice this morning, on the first attempt i rolled on the floor and the projection just faded, the second time i rolled onto the floor and was able to stand up, i looked at my hands and my arms, to my astonishment, i saw some very strange markings carved out on the top of my right arm that seemed to be some language i did not recognize. they were rather large and stopped at my elbow, i proceeded to walk out the front door, when the projection once again faded. i have never heard or experienced anything like this. ideas people?
