This morning i tried to astral project, i got into a state of very deep relaxation and started to experience a very odd sensation like my whole mattress was moving in a wave like fashion, after this i tried to project with out any success so i went back to sleep.
When i awoke about 20 mins later i felt very deeply relaxed, so i didnt move or open my eyes and tried to project again and about 5 mins after this i heard some one talking in my ear followed by what felt like something lifting me out of my body and setting me down on the floor of my bedroom but as soon as i opened my eyes i was sucked straight back into my body, after this i went back to sleep slightly shaken and awoke and the same thing happened again! but like before i was sucked straight back.
i went back to sleep again for the third time thinking it couldn't possibly happen again, but it did except this time i was placed on my back on the floor rather than standing and heres the weird part when i opened my eyes i was still in my physical body but i could feel what must have been my astral body on the floor and when i tried to move my physical body the body on the floor moved rather than my physical one now this scared the crap out of me especial as i wasnt sucked straight back in i had to make my astral body get up and walk over to my bed to get it back into my physical one.
Can anyone tell me what happened? before i tried to project i did ask for help from my spirit guide with getting out, but the voice i heard before everything started happening didnt exactly sound very nice. This is the second time ive managed to get out of my body but the last time i got sucked straight back in as well. Does anyone have any tips for staying out once your out or any info on what the hell was lifting me out and  how my eyes were separated from the rest of my astral body?

Quite strange and interesting!

It should be noted, that although the voice "didn't exactly sound nice", what it was it seemed to be doing what you asked - helping you out of your body!

I read once where someone theorized that troubles getting out for the first time may mean that somehow we are not "ready" yet.  Not sure if that's true or not, but from all that I've read I definitely get the impression that in order to successfully get out and stay out there is some sort of mechanism in us (energetic, I'm guessing) that needs to be tuned up or put in order.

The first couple of times that I got to the vibrational state I couldn't get out of my body, but now (although I don't have OBEs very often) if I get to that vibrational state I have no trouble seperating.  So I think you strange experience is just part of the process of getting everything working.  Keep at it and one of these times you'll be able to stay out longer and after that I'm guessing it won't be an issue anymore.

Good luck.

Wow, that sounds kind of scary, but it's also really cool. Having a person pick you up and place you out of your body sounds like the easiest exit ever. As far as the "voice" and the "being", it could be a number of things and that's just how your subconscious interpreted it.

Lots of projectors talk about difficulties moving and still receive physical sensory input while close to their physical bodies or looking at themselves in bed. The best advice is to get away from it ASAP. It takes practice, but if you can pull off 3 in a row, you'll rack up enough experience in no time.

I agree with Stookie, the easiest exit ever having something else pull you out! haha good stuff. I too heard a voice talking to me the first time I got out! ...but haven't heard that particular voice since.

IMO The whole voice thing and having something pulling you out might of really scared the crap out of you and the reason why you weren't able to go further. But hey 3 time in one night... you'll be there in no time! Just go with the flow

When I was little.... I had multiple dreams (well not sure about if they were dreams anymore) of someone taking me out of bed and carrying me away. I remember it as a very bad experience, I shut my eyes as hard as I could... I opened them once and I only get the emotion of fear and shock when I think back to this, I just can't remember what I saw. I remember one dream which didn't start in my bed and I think I faced whatever carried me out of bed.

Reading your experience and because the voice wasn't nice it makes me think back to this... it sounds familiar. Personally I never want anything carrying me out of my bed again. For all your saying its good stuff.... it can go pretty bad from there on if your not ready (being a child I obviously wasn't and scared like mad).

Personal advice (although it might not apply to you, since its just based on what I remember from my childhood): If you are carried further downwards then your floor... open your eyes and don't be scared. Fear will probably just make it worse.

When you say the voice didn't sound very nice, do you mean it had an authoritative tone, or was it the words or expressions it used?  I ask because after many years I have finally discerned two aspects that help me and one of them is very 'alpha male' and does give out information in a very dry way.  Yet these guides have often helped and protected me when I needed it, and more importantly didn't, when I didn't need it.
The being pulled out of your body does happen to projectors, and the longer you interact in these types of venues, the more people this happens (or has happened to) you'll talk to, and you will find one common denominator:  Most of us asked for help before it happened.
As to whether this is positive or negative, in my experience depends on how you feel after the experience.  If you feel ill and drained I'd say take positive countermeasures, if you don't feel any negative consequences, then it's probably some aspect of yourself giving you a view of your expanded consciousness.  In that case work on conquering your fear so you can have an interesting exploration.

I remember having a similar experience when I was a child, but it wasn't of being carried away. I remember hearing a voice in what seemed like not a very nice tone. But the problem is, our human ears cannot pick up the tones and vibrations of the other side/astral world as well as we can when we're out of it entirely. Maybe these "angry" or not so nice voices are just not so nice because of what we're trained to think of as good or bad. Because thinking back on the voice, it was almost... faster than the speed of light. So possibly these voices are getting jumbled on the way to our consciousness. I don't think they're evil or bad if you're asking for your spirit guide to help you. It's probably someone you know on the other side just talking normal.

Also, a freaky experience I used to love when I was a child was a visualization about being attached to a car on a trailer type thing. The car would be speeding, but this trailer was open much like one of those sheep transporters people have on the bed of their trucks. Well, it was rolling on what seemed like a ball... and I would get sensations of falling each time the bed of this truck tipped from side to side. I used to be able to fall in and out of my body at my own will basically. I think I was 5 or 6. It was a while ago, and I've since forgot how to do it at ease. :[

and...if i can add something from my own experience...

i couldn't really understand what it said but it sounded really weird and almost sort of demonic, but like stookie said i think it might have just been how my subconscious interpreted it coz it definitely didn't do anything to hurt me and they were quite gentle exits and i didn't feel drained or anything afterwards.

I asked because one of my guides has a booming voice that would sound scary if it was on someone living.  Which brings me to the idea that it takes some people longer than others to discover their guides and interact with them for a reason. (It took mine a whole bunch of years to interact with me and I had to go through a lot of stuff to be able to handle it.)  And I'm still not sure what he looks like.  If there is such a thing as "what he looks like", lol.
