So I got to control the shaking

The other night, it happened again. (By which I mean the shaking from left to right in my head at night). And I got excited so I tried controlling it but it didn't seem to work. All though, wierdly, it didn't hurt anymore. So since I could make it not hurt anymore, I tried some seperation techniques. Mine are when you think of a situation where you seperate from your body and you slowly begin to climb out. I swear I havnt felt more seperated before then but didn't leave yet.

After a few minutes it began to die down and then stopped completely. I knew it was over but also it was something really new and another thing to explore. I tried seperation again but with no success. Kinda feels like a portal, coming back when it feels like it. I'll try harder next time.

Hey, just a suggestion but when you notice this shaking, maybe don't try to label it or even notice it, just enjoy it passively. That's worked with me with vibrations, when I direct my entire attention to it they fade or stop. I just like letting it happen and being curious as to what comes next

One thing to remember:  When it all stops and you think you're done, get up physically and walk around- don't roll over and go to sleep.

Ya know I was thinking about that too and I'm kicking myself for not tryin hah

Don't try, because trying leads to attempting and attempting can lead to either failure or win, just do it. Tell yourself that its easy and all you have to do is relax and just do it. Many people get vibrations that lead to APing because they don't even try to do it, it just happens naturally.

When it's over im afraid to get up or roll out because of evil entities and stuff. My friend suggested imagining a white light over your body so Im going to try tht

Just supposing there were evil entities- why would getting up make a difference?  What makes you think that going to sleep is any different than being up?
Think about it like this- if you have a burglar go into your room when you're sleeping- would you rather be awake or asleep when it happens?
I'm not saying that is the case- I have never encountered real independent entities in my room when I project.  But let's just suppose there were...?

Thinking about evil entities WILL make them appear, because you thought it. Thinking about anything will make it appear when in the astral. I remember my first AP, I shot out of my body and I started thinking about bears.. guess what appeared xD
