If I go (in astral projection) into another time-line or parallel universe and I want stay there, Could I make it?

Would be possible travel back in time in this same timeline and move into myself past and stay there (Like changing the past)

I agree.  What makes a universe parallel is that you made a series of decisions that did not result in it as the one you are experiencing as 'waking reality'. So no matter what you do, the universe you experience is your primary one.  You will experience all other possibilities in moments of projection or possibly deja vu.

The stuff you call "another time-line or parallel universe" are just theories, no one knows if there is such a thing as a parallel universe. And clearly its impossible to live in a place which doesn't exist.

In AP, its possible to create stuff, so you can make things up in whatever way you like and go there, thats one way.
