Advice and dircetion for the development of mediumship?help please

hi can any body give me advice and techniques to develop mediumship and clarevoyancy please?

if i try to work on the above and still attempt projections will i slow my progress in trying to project?

Define mediumship and clairvoyance.
It sounds stupid, but some people have 'popular' notions what they are.
Clairvoyance only means you can see images clearly.  This can be developed using techniques such as meditation (any kind to enter trance) such as phasing, provided you keep conscious as you enter trance, and stay that way until you can see screens or scenes.  Or phase, or remote view.  They're all clairvoyance.
Mediumship means that you can get messages from your trance states.  This means getting 'lucid' messages either in words (such as clairaudience) or telepathy (from someone other than yourself).  Neither means precognition.

A medium can be a channeler, (a person that lets other entities speak through them) or just someone that gets messages and conveys them.

You can be a precognitive medium or clairvoyant, but that just shows the way you can get your views or messages of the future.

So which one did you want to be?

Well, whatever you're naturally better at will develop first, so I'd say just meditate into deep trance and try to stay awake and sort of see what happens.

Some mediums just seem to be fully conscious walking around and giving off messages without been in trance is that achievable

Well, I've only met one personally (a friend at college) who was 'on' like that and she was born that way, but blossomed at puberty.

From what I've read from the better known mediums (I read two autobiographies of two well-known TV psychics) it was natural talent and years of practice.
So.... IDK.

in my spiritual church there is mediums that do the same and at first i was skeptic but then when they gave me a message that was right i stopped been skeptic.
they said that they can learn that abillity and it was not natural and theres more than 20 who do the same lol

Er, this confuses me.  If it can be learned it must be natural.
Do you mean it's not always an inborn thing? I do agree it can be learned (I learned some of it, although am not good at it, lol) but I do know some people are born with a talent for it, like anything else.
Like someone said, we all can learn to play the piano, but we're not all going to be Mozart.
