Choose to ignore it.

It may sound silly but it works.

You choose to ignore it, you tell yourself its not real, that it's not happening, and it goes away.


But my personal feeling is that the above mentioned is not really dealing with the probelm.

You really should learn as much about the items in question as possible.  Learn both the metaphysical and medical side of various problems and body reactions.

Not every little odd or bad thing that happens in your life is the result of a neg.  There are plenty of physical and medical reasons for many of the problems that people encounter.

Frère, I just wanted to tell you that I have often felt the way you do. It happens often when I'm alone, but sometimes when I'm with someone. Sometimes I'll be sitting minding my own business when out of the blue I get a chilly feeling and a sense of different energy being close by. I can never tell if it's my imagination or if I'm just being sensitive.

I'm guessing that 95% of it is my imagination and the rest should be nothing to be scared about. When I get really scared, I usually get my boyfriend to hang out with me if my affirmations of "I am safe," etc, do not work.

I guess what works for me the best is being close to another human being when I start feeling this way. I know that's a crutch, and I should learn to deal with the feeling on my own. I'm slowly getting there. You and I are at least at this forum, learning about the subject so we can understand it and feel courageous to explore this realm rather than fear the unknown.

If You're really feeling that scared, I suggest You look into shields...In any case, better safe than sorry, right?  There are tons of different types of shields that can be used, but even a simple one (a bubble around the body about 3-4 feet away from the body or so and visualized as hard as metal) can be very effective...

Just keep practicing that and eventually, You will be able to spread it out over Your house...And, if with enough practice, You can do some Remote Shielding...^_^

In any case, it is a hard realization to come to that the world we live in is MUCH Bigger than one would expect it at first glance, but no reason to be paranoid...Grow the Best You can!  I use fear as a signal for me to be Brave (what is Bravery without Fear?)...

So no need to become Paranoid, but rather, more Strategic and Applicable of things You can Learn...

Tiffany, Thank you for your post, it really touches me, for actually I'm also trying to find some people to have around when I'm starting to dislike the feel of the night. It didn't happen to me all these things, before, but I became suddenly much more sensitive, and the atmosphere has much more effect by now than it used to have. I also have learned to take into account many things that I used to ignore, for the moment it doesnt make me happier, but I want to bet it will, with time.

Robert bruce says shields are rather useless for begginners because visualisations takes a lot of training in order to be effective. He also adds that taking a shiel countermeasure will only provoque eventual attackers, who will take their first occasion to go past the visualised shield that faded, and attack. I believe it's true, for one day, I was very afraid, and anguish, and visualised very often some shield, and actually on one of the times the dread took over I felt like something jumped in my belly, right after that I went to sleep on running water for an hour, and I thought it was over, but I threw up two times, and was very tired all day... the next day was already much better, but I will remember what dread and fear can do to my health!...

Yes, that is True that implementing Shields CAN Provoke it...BUT...That is sign, to me, to Train and Train Effectively...There are also Cloaking Shields You can implement...Also, there are such things as Constructs which, when done properly, can add a specific amount of time for a Shield...So, if You know Your Shield can only last so long, You can eventually set up a set "time" to reimplement the Shield...

One misconception to Shields is to see them as "bubbles" or "glass"...In those cases, yes, Your Shield can be easily Penetrated...Also, using a White Light Shield just creates a Larger Beacon for Negs and Potential Attackers to come after You...If You are Careful, and Learn with the Proper Precautions, You can implement Shields without that worry of becoming a Beacon...

Also, shields around the Body aren't as noticeable as many think they are...They offer an initial defense which can ward off potential Negs (not saying it will, but still offers some resistance)...

Think of this...Negs are Transmitters and Receivers as we are...They tranmit Hypnosis and Telepathic Suggestion...Now, if You are a Strong Enough Transmitter Yourself, You won't ever have to worry about Yourself becoming Overpowered...However, Learning one requires Learning the other...For if You don't have the means to Detect such Energies (especially ones Stronger than You), You will be a pawn...

I never said Shielding was easy, but just a different means of Protection against Negs since You seem "Open" and "paranoid"...They can at least offer You some Protection while You sleep...

But it is Your Choice of what type of method You Wish to Implement...Shields are a harder path, but I see in it in this percepton: "Would I rather be just Sensitive with a Large Potential to be Attacked?  Or Senstive and Powerful with a Larger Fighting Chance to Help Myself and Others?"  I just chose the 2nd path (but then again, I'm a Martial Artist, I see it in this way, not like many others)...

Does somebody there thinks that every little uncontroled feeling is due to spirits: muscular sponaneous contractions, uncontroled motion without feeling muscules, different shivers, some of which pleasant, some less pleasant, strange reverse energy flow, all that without any other kind of visible or audible manifestation (thermic crackings but that's all)

What would you advise me in order to sleep peacefully again? (I guess it would be possible to ignore all that, but somehow I feel like it's possible to get rid of them. am I wrong?
