Bird Imagery

Hi All,
About three months ago, I woke up to find a peacock walking around my back deck.
(Quite an unusual occurence for suburban Auckland, in New Zealand)

About a month ago, a sick sparrow was sitting on the driveway. After discussing it with my Wife, we decided to put it in a big shrubbed area & let nature take it course.
The next day it was back on the drive so we gave it some food & decided to put it in the hotwater cupboard (with the door open) over-night & make a decision the next day on what to do.
It died overnight

Last weekend the Peackock was again wandering around the deck & section

This morning on the way to work, two sparrows flew directly at my car. One just missed but the other hit with an audible thump. I would say it hit it's last car.

Any thoughts anyone on all this bird imagery?

Peacock escaped from the zoo, sparrows are having a run of bad luck.

Just kidding, I really wish I knew. Just want to say it sounds very interesting.
