My friend's divine encounter

This is really strange, but cool. I'm a little scared though. According to my best friend, he told me he encountered a being who he was convinced was Sakuya, one of my characters (I'm a writer, I come up with many characters, often based on my subconcious or my fantasies. Sakuya was made to be a "guardian angel" of sorts.) He said she had a "long gown" and was "holding him in her arms." Here's his quote from a journal he showed me.

I hear a high, gentle female voice
Self taught...Self taught...Self taught...
I feel her curling up behind me
There are only dreams....dreams....
Dreams of love
The cycle repeats....

He said he kind of knew it was Sakuya. His description fits her almost perfectly. What do you think? I'm a little scared, and unsure if it's her, but very intrigued to learn more!

Sounds like your character has become at least semi-sentient.  Since the astral is a place where thought becomes real, it is likely that your character acted on your own emotions.  Is your friend very close with you?  Sakuya would likely take it upon herself to keep watch over him if this was the case, esspecilly with the in laden sense of being a guardian.

I have a similar experience with a character that I made.  She had become active on her own and I could feel her in my mind.  Quite weird when I realized it was her.  Now she hangs around me and gives me advise and generally is a friend.
