I have a hole in my energy shield thing?

So I found out today that I have a hole in my energy thing.  I know it is on my left side someplace.  I'm in Germany and don't speak German yet... and I am getting tons of activity lately.  I don't know anyone here who can fix it or anything, so what do I do?  Is this self-healing?
