Salt...

Sodium is an important mineral in the body. Neither too little nor too much is a good thing. We need it for our nerves to function properly. I like to use sea salt instead of ordinary salt because in addition to sodium it has other minerals which are useful. Maybe sea salt would be better than ordinary salt for removing negs, especially if it is natural and actually made by evaporating sea water. There are recipes out there for "sea salt". Then what do you do with it? I think that PPSD said to dispose of it, but what if you have salt absorb negativity and then consume it? Such as if salty food were to be delivered to stores or stocked by someone who is always in a bad mood?

How much water does he drink during the day?

Any physiological trouble with salts come about because of excessive ingestion of water and/or not enough intake of natural salts.
Eat normally and drink enough to pee at least twice every day and you're ok.

A lethargic condition is something I'd first attribute to simple physiology and only secondarily to something else.

I haven't listened to said interview (date?) but my opinion is that an intake of salts isn't the same as using sallt to divide bettwee and protect against energies. There's a totally different intent working.

NOTE!! I'm not an MD so this is not medical advise.

I have to agree about salt being very important in the body, it's an electrolyte; your body needs it so the electric signals your brain sends to the rest of your body reach their destination.  If you don't have enough, it's like an engine with a bad spark plug.  Unless you have high blood pressure, don't worry about your salt intake (and if you drink a lot of water like I do, you might want to use extra - I actually have low blood pressure).
As for eating salt after it's absorbed negative energy, that'd seem like a bad idea, but I can't say from experience.  In a few of PPSD's countermeasures (like the one that uses an egg), he suggests getting rid of the item (burying it in that case; and in another case, flushing whatever it was down the toilet).  Anyway, salt is cheap, so it's no big loss.
There are a hundred reasons why someone could be tired, if it's a chronic problem, have him see a doctor.

As Tom mentioned, sea salt is of most benefit, and I agree with Jouni that the effect varies depending on the application. Same as the differences between internal and external uses of essential oils. One way works on a physical level, the other on a subtle level.

As to the external use of sea salt in particular against negitive energy, I have experienced first hand the wisdom of bathing a newly purchased personal crystal in salt water before wearing it. The salt water cleanses it of all energies that have been attached from whoever has handled it before.

If you don't do this, you basically have a lump of rock hanging around your neck, or worse, something that resonates with negative energy. A properly cleansed crystal becomes yours when you first wear it. Basically if it is done right, you will feel queezy for a short time while the crystal settles in with your energy body.

I don't understand the mechanics of salt on energy, but I have experienced that however it works, it does work.

James.

Salt is good for conducting energy. Sea salt is healthier for you than regular salt and so you don't have to worry as much about things like high blood pressure. If you want to make it even better, you can add energy to your salt or bless it or say prayers over it. By itself, though, the only thing to worry about with salt is getting high blood pressure. Suppose the salt does absorb the positive energy. It is still going to be scattered over your entire body and bring the positive energy with it. Salts are good for conducting energy. You can bless or energize or pray over everything you put into your body, whether food or drink. It can be done quickly and without attracting attention. While I do not know the specifics of salt (medically) with specific conditions other than high blood pressure, I can tell you that only negs have to worry about salt for reasons involving energy.

Although I don't eat meat, I do eat eggs and cheese. The Lama who initiated me into a branch of Buddhism ate a thick steak that night. A glass of milk, anyone?

It is true that eating meat can be a bad thing, if the animals have been mistreated. It can be a good thing, if they have not been, for the same reasons. I prepare meat for someone who does not like to cook. When I prepare meat, I put good energy into it and say a prayer for the dead animals involved.

Tom

Jesus Christ was in favor of eating fish. Many of his close friends (he had a dozen) ate fish and on at least one occasion he helped them fill their net with fish. He even arranged for one of them to find a fish with a coin in its mouth to pay some taxes. The Catholic Church still has its members eat fish on Fridays during Lent.

Have you tried an Italian dressing marinade for salmon? It really is very good. If you can find all the bones (they are arranged in a pattern) you can buy the cheaper steaks instead of fillets and then pull the bones yourself. Just be careful and pull them slowly so they don't break but come out whole.

I'm sorry if my words come across a bit wrong here, I realy don't want to upset anyone, but I'm kind of fed up here with certain perspectives  that I've heard just a few many times.

Runlola,
2 things I'd like to run past you -
1) Clearly you prefer vegetarianism. If you are happy and healthy this way, then that is good. But please don't push your beliefs down the throats of other people. It is as bad as religious callers knocking on your door telling you that you will go to hell unless you convert to their way.

Have a good look at your teeth. Our upper and lower jaws combined contain 12 teeth - 4x Cuspid (canine) 4x 1st Bicuspid and 4x 2nd Bicuspid whose purpose it is to rip and tear. These are our MEAT eating teeth. This is because humans were designed to be omnivors, NOT just herbivores.
It is everyone's individual choice as to what they eat. Reputable nutritionists will also tell you that as long as our diet is balanced, and we don't eat too much of any one thing, we will be perfectly healthy eating pretty much whatever we like to eat, be it meat or vegetables.

2) It is perfectly reasonable to believe you can be neg free. We are not all constantly under the threat of attack from negative energies or entities. This kind of thinking tends to attract them more than defend against them. I shield myself when meditating and opening up my energy centres to the world. This to me is just the same as wearing a helmet when I'm out on a bicycle. A precation. Maybe I am naturally very well armoured against negs, because I very rarely ever feel their influence. The most neg activity that I ever feel comes directly from within me when I am angry , upset, or generating any one of the other dark emotions.

Yours,
James.

Hello Runlola and everyone
I think that it really doesn't matter who eats what or why. Each person has to decide upon their own diet. I know that my Dad had diverticullitious and I remember what a doctor told him. He told him to take massive amounts of b complex. The intestines won't be able to absorb a lot of the vitamins in the same way. It also should help your husband in not feeling run down Blossum. Doctors also give vitamin b complex shots.
Salt is used to disrupt neg energy just like running water. It is using a element to bring postive energy to dirupt negative energy. You can do that with fire and air also.

Hi again Runlola (interesting screen name),

I'll probably go off the original topic here but I think Blossom will forgive me just this once...I hope :)

You might be surprised to know that most monkeys, like humans, are actually omnivores. Basic survival design. your right, we don't have the real ripping power of feline teeth, but our canines are none the less designed for tearing off meat, Ah I'm really getting off the track here, sorry.

As for that cooked pig, what a lovely offer, thank you. I should warn you though, I'm not much of a pork lover. How's your chicken? I do like chicken.

Food aside (I'm not real hungry now anyway), I would really like to know where you're coming from with your perspective on negs?

Please don't get me wrong here, I am very well aware of their existance, but I just don't seem to experience the problems that you are speaking of, and on a personal level (not going to try to change the world here, just my little patch of dirt) I believe we can all live a mostly neg free life.

To stick by an earlier statement, I do believe that most of the time I am neg free. The only negs that I really experience are of my own making. Stupidity being one of the biggest negs I tend to make, and believe me, I can do stupidity very well ;)  I don't know if I am particularly well protected or not. I do shield myself regularly, and I do also have a guide who is a very large and powerful spirit, indeed known to many as a godess, who loves me dearly and looks out for me.

Maybe it is true that I am better armed than many people, but aside from that, I chose a way of love, happiness and giving. To see beauty in the simple everyday things around you is a very powerful energy, and a great antidote for negs. To give positive energy to others from your heart is also a wonderful neg repellant. It's also relatively easy and uncomplicated, and it also tends to have a self perpetuating effect.

Ok, I'm definitely rambling now.
Let me know what your thought are.

James.

Nita

Hello James
I have had many people try to run my life by stating all the best things for them. I consider them to be people with a great many problems. My reason for this is they are so put off by their own life that they have to show how competant they are in running everyone elses life.
I do not find humor in giving people wrong information. Asking the questions that have been asked and basically trying to act superior. This forum is not for putting down others or making others feel bad because they have problems.

Nita, Runlola, all,

I apologise if my comments have come across with the wrong meaning or intentions. I felt a tense situation here and tried to diffuse it. It appears I went about it the wrong way.

Runlola, I did like you're comment about your cooking, that showed to me a sense of humor that was worth working with. I hoped I could make you smile when I asked about cooking chicken.

Nita, I unfortunately neglected to include one very important word in my comments  - opinion.
It's just that - opinion.
I'm not out to appear better than anyone else. My intention was to put across my experiences and therefore my opinions, and find out  the experiences and opinions are of someone coming from another point of view. In sharing my views in the past I have been delighted to find that I have helped some people. This is wonderful. I do not take any delight in rubbing peoples noses in it, and would never deliberately set out to do so, and I'm sorry this is how it has appeared.

This is not a forum that I generally get involved in. I've had some "extreme" neg experiences that, apart from saying that I know exactly what an attack with FATAL intentions is like, I DON'T want to talk about. These discussions I generally stay away and keep my mouth shut. This time I was curious,  maybe overly vocal, but still curious.

Hello James
I had been reading all of Runlola's messages and meant to address that to her. I  was tired and put in the wrong name. I apologize for snapping at you. I do feel that people on this forum do have a right to doubt things or state what they believe. I hope you continue enjoying the forum.

Thanks Nita,
I should have realised it was not me that you were upset with. I do like to read your replies to topics here as you're objective in your answers, and you have a warm friendly touch with a lot of genuinely helpful advice. Seeing a bit of your personality through your writing, it didn't make sense to me that I could have upset you. I'm glad I didn't.

Because of the rarety and the extreme nature of the attacks I've suffered, and the defence I have, I don't really feel that I can participate much in this forum, I don't really know what I could say to many situations.  But I won't be a stranger here and I will continue to enjoy the opinions and the useful info I see here.

Yours,
James.

Blossom

All is well now... Thank you Nita!!  I am relieved I misunderstood as is James S too..

Sincerely,
Blossom
