how do i get away with a highly volatile electromagnetic brainwave amplifier

Okay after 6 years of lusting after magick i've come to an exponential discovery. If you hook the visual and auditory parts of your brain somehow to something that increases the electromagnetic amplitude of your those sensory centers you would have the ability to resonate with the brains of others and read their minds. SOooo, my question is is it legal and what loopholes would i have to take advantage of in order to legally obtain such a device or ley line yadadadadada that would have the power to  increase the electromagnetic frequency of my brain

steve electromagnetic waves are transverse waves. You may want to look into longitudinal electric waves. You'll get more answers with this side of technology.
If you manage to find some 'details', you could PM me. Units probably don't exist. That said a dictionary search of probably IS required.
There exists so little info generally on 'waves' that can be affected via mind control. Id search no earlier than 1950.
