How does Energy relate to the quantum world?

This is only a thought, but maybe bad vibrations or whatever you are talking about, is not negative energy.  I don't think you can have bad energy unless it has a conscience.  Like a soul for example, it has a subconscious, which will act as the consciousness when they pass from physical to alternative planes.
Plus, i think it's all a matter of perception.  Do i consider what is happening to be evil at work?  Or is that just my mind, my believes clouding my judgement.

I have a few thoughts about this but its something I really need to be able to wrap my head around better.
Someone in another forum I used to visit said this about orgone generators (hhg's - crystal and metal mixes in resin) - ie energy movers and purifiers. Suck in dark energy spit out good. He said (I posted this in healing some time ago):

Now, why does he think that vibrations on the quantum level cause/are the flow of energy? My ideas have always placed these vibrations squarely as being an effect of a sub/super-physical energy.
But anyway to expand, the type of vibration (whether it be in the quantum level, or causing effects on a quantum level), determines the sort of energy - negative or positive. Positive resonates, best at certain key frequencies, whereas negative is destructive and just a mess of grinding sounds, like distortion in heavy metal music.
Maybe its a two way process? Or maybe I am just trying to mystify something which is really a purel physical phenomenon??

Anyone got ideas? Explain better this guys opinions or mine??
