Zooming out

I believe that our souls evolve based on an origin, and as we move away from that origin, it becomes more clear to us that what is possible in this Universe is infinite. It is the context in which the origin of our souls exists that truly shapes who they are. If the Universe were a picture, our evolution would be like starting at one point in the middle and "zooming out." As we do so, more of it becomes known to us and strengthens our understanding.

The thing about the Universe is that you can "zoom out" forever, and things change in relation to each other as you acquire more and more knowledge and experience.

Maybe, as we zoom out and things finally disappear at the center-point due to the effects that distance and gravity fields have on light, we get rid of some things with the passage of time, and as we travel, we find the things we want to see in the picture and that is what we are trying to achieve (does this make sense?). We can take some things with us as we zoom out so that they stay in the picture.
