each of us is different, and has a different set of qualities
while some of us have experience is cooking, the other may be mechanic etc etc
summing up mental and physical qualities, each of as should balance out to zero, while in reality it is impossible
however, as oversouls we are  all equal (at least in theory, and can't accept it becouse of lack of data)
so we treat others as equal becouse of all they are, or what avatars  they are now ??, the second one is impossible
equal in rights, ok
but not equal in what we are down here
taking into account conditioning - but that negates free will, they had no conditioning to evolve, no will sufficiently conditioned to move further
honoring others, ok
but how on earth can i do that ??
i treat them as equal becouse of their potential, but that's dubious explanation, what of those who use their potential

Are you refering to a Soul, which encompasses all?  Are you refereing to a Higher-Self that encompasses the connection to God.  Or are you refereing to a current Incarnation?

While they are all related, not everyone is aware of the connections or able to conciously access them.  Do you penalise or have pity on them for their condition?  Free will does exist.  People have to choose to move beyond their Karmic road map.  It is after all just a blueprint, your supposed to change it, what is life about?

actually i solved the problem on my own
all of us are equal becouse time doesn't matter in the end, no matter how many millions of years will pass, everyone will ultimately do what he has to
and for that i can treat them as equals, for their potential, it doesn't matter that i manifest mine earlier, in this life, that is  
the problem was that i tried to divide people into souls and  their fragments, as well as current incarnations, and that is really unwise thing to do
now i look at them as unconcious (well, majority) ambassadors of higher beings
high self is just another fragment looking after evolution of this one, there is nothing special in it, it's after all me, to some extent
