Pinched Nerve

I'm not positive that I have a pinched nerve, but that seems to be one of the possibilities. Anybody know any treatment or therapy? Basically, I have a strange pain from my neck down my spine, and I think it ends at the base of my spine, but there are waves that I can feel behind my knees, too. It's rather unpleasant, especially since I get to stand on my feet from 4:30 to 12:30 tonight at work...

Anyway, any suggestions would be great.
