Hi WiZe,

If you haven't done so by now, you are in serious need to do the candida diet. I did it few months ago, just for cleansing purpose and felt amazing afterwards. It is hard though and you will experience sugar withdrawal effects and toxins cleansing side effects, but if you suffer through it, it will pay you back big time.

Thanks for the reply, I've been trying to diet as much as possible. Eating mainly vegetables. But if you could send me the diet you used. The suffering is worth it as I do deserve it for mistreating this body the way I did at a young age.
