I'm posting a poem I wrote I'm wandering if anyone likes it

The Woods of the Tree

The trees are tremendous,
yet they will fall.
I know how to escape,
yet I am doomed.

I can survive with nothing,
but what will I posses.
I continue to gather,
but I hold on to emptiness.

My lair emits a song,
so I hear the static.
I grow restless in fear,
so I live with anticipation.

I stagger the land,
for I have cleared the forest floor.
I wail at the trees,
for I am the cleric.

The trees are tremendous,
yet they will fall.
I know how to escape,
and I am doomed.
