What frequency do Robert Monroe's binaural beats CDs use to achieve the focus 10 state? I'm not sure if thats even information thats available, but I was just curious. I've heard that a lot of people use the Brainwave Generator program to simulate what Monroe does on these CDs. I use the CDs personally, but I was just wondering what frequencies they actually contain.

I probably could have found this if I searched the forums long enough, but I'm short on time. Sorry.

This is about as close as you can get with brainwave generator.
(Might not work as well as the original ones, but I seem to get pretty good results with them.)

Focus 10: 100/101.5Hz,  200/204.0Hz, 250/254.0Hz,  300/304.0Hz

Focus 12: 50/50.25Hz, 100/101.5Hz,  200/204.0Hz,  250/254.0Hz,
              300/304.0Hz, 400/410.0Hz,  500/510.1Hz, 600/604.8Hz

notes:
*Left/Right Ear
*Volume of all voices is set at 50%
*use pink noise at around 25% to 30% volume

..search for  freeware: "SBaGen" it introduces diffrent presets, beginning with Focus 3 ... and chakra slides. The author recommends begin the training with alpha and moving deeper to the sub-terranian zone.

Thanks. I was just curious. I actually use the Gateway Experience CDs but I never actually tried to find out what frequencies it was actually sending me.
