Just the usuall comments about smokings affects on the physical body.

And of course if you hack and cough involuntarily, good luck hitting a meditative state [;)]
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

I have heard that eating actually momentarily lowers one's mental state of acuity, and one's "spiritual resonace" at the moment, and if this is because of the desire-based side of this simple act, then I would think the same goes for smoking, if not more-so, as it is unecessary, albeit nearly impossible to stop. But that is merely my opinion.

Thank you,

This is just out of curiosity more or less, and I don't think smoking is  'cool' or anything like that.  I made the mistake of smoking back when i was 16 and it has stuck with me up until now, (i'm 23 now).  I wish I hadn't even started this nasty habit (trying to quit).  But, on to my questions (though it may seem like obvious ones)...

1) Is there anyone here who projects and is a habitual cigarette smoker,

and

2) does being a habitual smoker greatly inhibit one's efforts to project?    (...via causing problems in ones energy system because of the high chemical contents of cigarette smoke...)

NOTE: I'm not only looking for FACT here, but anyone's subjective experiance with this subject.
