Energy raising helps with LD?

I'm pretty sure I have always heard that it increases lucidity. I have no personal experience with it, but it seems like it would be right. The only thing I'm not sure about is, when would you do it? I have always heard that energy work before bed keeps you up. Maybe you can raise it hours before you go to bed and it will still be there, I'm not sure.

I've been dead on seriuos with energy work for almost a month now. The last days, I have drawn more energy. I have had lucid moments now, never had before.
Do you have any experience with energy correlating to LD?
