i was floating up and saw a ghost he looked like a old hippi i think he is my guardian angel,but i thought on how i was floating and next thing i knew iwas in my body again freaked out.

hi i dont know if i astral project. i just went to sleep and woke up floating then i seen this floating looking ghost looking guy. someone help me,and is that astral projection???
