*massive* headache after third-eye development

I know what you're going through. My advice : stop brwo center development for a few days, even a week or more, and concentrate on the other chakras (heart one especially). Developping only one chakra is not a good idea at all, especially regarding the 3rd eye. You really must do the whole system, and your auric sight will be even better afterwards.

If it is real bad you can always take an asprin for temporary relief and then finish future energy work by driving the energy towards the navel region.

i've been experiencing with auric sight from robert's guide.

i managed to see the aura around colors so far, and still working on it. however, whenever i try to move my point of awareness in the third's eye location, i get this headache.

i was on the bus today, and tried to develop my auric sight again.
watched a red-colored paper, and developed my third eye.
at first, i didn't see any color, and it seemed as if my auric-sight was gone for a bit. after 2-5 minutes, i managed to see the aura a bit clearer.

however, right after i did that, my headache turned even more massive, and my head hurts so badly since. ice helped, though it's just a temporary relief..

any suggestions regarding this?
should i leave the third-eye development for now? switch the direction? (i'm doing it from the right to left, as if i have a clock on my forehead)...?
