i thought about that at fist and then kept coming to the conclusion that i wouldnt be grabbing at my feet, or massaging them. i'll eventually figure it out when i get out.

Well, about the feet -

I think there is a school of thought that all the stress points in the body can be accessed through the feet. I am not sure if this is something like accupressure - something eastern - or not. Maybe if you look into that - you might find a clue? Someone wanting to help release your tension through a certain practice.

hello there....following on from Patty's point....Monroe noted that he had a man behind him, with his face on his shoulder. The man seemed t obe sexually excited and was panting, this obviously was a bit worrying !

when he got out of bed, Monroe noticed something odd - the "man" had stubble....and Monroe was also unshaven.

On his next exit attempt, he noticed that the man's panting was in time with his own....so he concluded that this other person was actually himself.
Perhaps you could use some sort of technique to verify that it is actually someone else grabbing your feet ?

this has been the third time that i've been projecting or close to it, where someone has grabbed my feet.

after a lucid dream episode that turned into a projection, i found myself back in my body, still in a nice trance. i decided to try  and project. i was half way out when something grabbed my feet. i wasn't frightened, as it didnt feel threatening, and that it's happened before. i assumed whoever it was, was trying to help me out. so i asked  for assistance, but received none. instead whatever it was started massaging my feet.

it didnt hurt and would have felt quite nice if i wasnt so set on projecting. i asked for a name twice and in response got "stop calling me that". the voice sounded very annoyed, like i was bothering it. i didnt feel as comfortable as i did at first. i  wsant scared but wanted everything to stop. i tried kicking my feet away from these hands but they held on firmly. not tight but enough so i couldnt shake them loose. i tried swinging my arms and found that i couldnt see my physical arms at all.

i could feel them swinging around but my physical body wasnt moving. my eyes were open now and i felt something nibbling at my feet. after about five seconds everything stopped and i immediately sat up and recorded everything. it seems as though who or whatever this is has a fettish w/ my feet.

i'm perplexed. thoughts would be nice.
