Hello all, i have been interested in astral projection for many years and have come close on occasion but never quite got there.

This morning i was having some weird dreams, so i started the mind awake/body asleep mantra.
Soon after i was hearing the rush of wind in my ears and the sparkly feeling like i was the top of a glass of lemonade.
All of a sudden i did the roll over and was looking down at the bed and i started to rise to the ceiling.
Everything was a dark Grey color and it was hard to see but the bed seemed as though it had different sheets on it.
Beside our bet is a wall of mirrors and as i was rising i started to spin in a clockwise direction and i headed straight for the mirrors. My head was passing through the glass and into the wardrobe on the other side.

I was a bit stressed at the fact that i couldn't stop spinning and returned to my body.
What a BLAST!!!!!

lol, congrats! very different to my first time however, OH i got the black and white thing..  yeah.. after a while i tried opening my eyes like how i would in the physical.. that worked a treat..  

But it was like i had eyes in the back of my head n' stuff, i was aware and able to see everything around me.

Anyway's i'll shut up, good job with the first!

Do you mean that you could see all around at once (ie 360 degs or "spherical" vision)?

My first experience of an OBE (if that's what it was) was as a teenager.  I woke up one Saturday morning and simply willed myself upwards.  I felt myself floating up to the ceiling and could see the polystyrene ceiling tiles from about 2 inches.  Then I was back in my body again.  I repeated the exact same thing the next day (Sunday).

Yeah, iv heard about that 360degree vision thing. Ive heard it refered to as being able t see all 8 corners of the room. I cant even begin to comprehend what that must be like!
But thinkin about it though, i dont reckon eveyone must have it. How many astral accounts have you read where someone writes "i was walking (insert appropriate astral location) and i heard something behind me, so i turned around to see what it was OR i didnt dare turn around!!!
Well if you get 360degree vision they wouldnt have to turn around cause they wouldve seen it coming.
This shows that either only some people get it, or you only get it when your a profficient projector.
I have yet to find out

Yep, i defiantly remember being able to see everything around me,  As stupid as it sounds, it was seeing my monopoly board game on top of my unit that made me realize i was out, after noticing that i started to gain awareness, then i remember getting a little un-easy and i snapped back.. that was my first time anyway.


before it happened, i  remember the vibrations, as i basically just let go, i remember loosing consciousness, but i remember the feeling of being lightly quickly sucked out, and sinking for some reason.. (yep, i know, that looked so wrong and sexual) =P

then.. like i said.. noticing the board game,  triggered off the start of becoming aware..

I apologize for how jumbled up this stuff is, i'm sleep deprived, and basically writing the first thing that comes to mind =)

That's really interesting!  I've posted in the past to ask if anybody had experienced this 360 deg vision thing and nobody really replied with a "yes".  So I was beginning to think nobody had actually experienced this.

Thanks for getting back on this.  Anybody else experienced the 360 deg vision thing, now that I'm on a roll....?!
