How exactly do you heal? -.-

Healing seems to be a natural tendency. Using NEW or some other method it is possible to provide resources to make that healing easier. Sometimes there are places where there is an excess or deficiency of energy, though, and the energy just needs to be balanced. If you can be more specific about a condition, it will be possible to be more specific with an answer.

I have the same question, actually.  It's not like I [nor, I assume, auraseer] have a specific healing need, I just think being able to heal people with energy raised via NEW would be one of the best benefits of doing energy work, and I'm wondering how it's done.  Is it all about correcting an energy imbalance?  Or do you convert "generic" energy into "healing" energy?  Or is any kind of energy a panacea for all  problems?
The mechanics behind it always seemed fuzzy at best.  I think that was the gist of the original question.

If you store energy in your subnavel storage center, you can use it later for healing. It also helps as a preventative to keep yourself strong. I don't know any methods for drastic sorts of healing, but I have used energy for several minor injuries and illnesses. Cuts, bruises, burns, and inflammation seem to respond really well to an application of energy. NEW and reiki can be good for healing by providing extra energy to make it happen faster. If you want to be more specific in your application of energy so you can use less, study anatomy and physiology. NEW also combines well with other systems for healing. Acupressure helps. It also requires more memorization and study.
