very interesting experience MajorTom (is ground control around there w/you somewhere?    ).

these types of experiences have happened to me several times.

One of the most memorable was last year,when I "awoke" in my room from about 15 years ago,in the apartment we used to live in.Everything was very normal looking (not like most dreams).I thought "oooo-kayy...this isn't supposed to happen".I walked out into the hall,and into the diningroom area.My younger parents were there,talking to the ancient greek philosopherSocrates   .He didn't seem like the usual mindless dream character-he seemed more "real" somehow.
 I told Socrates "I'm not supposed to be here.This is the past!".
He then replied in a very un-surprised,matter-of-fact answer "time really is all one".Not knowing if he was possibly a guide "in cognito",or actually Socrates    I asked him to teach be about the nature of reality.He said "this is where a pension would be useful-I have a female student who was out of her body for 3 weeks".I thought "holy crap!" to myself.
 I'm too young for a pension though.I'm 29
